I purchased a refurbished iPod classic from eBay, plus a docking station from a regular store, and obtained warranties for both of these items from Square Trade. The docking station failed within 4 months and I notified Square Trade. I was amazed at their excellent service and speed of reimbursement. My young teen son was devastated when his iPod stopped working, and again I contacted Square Trade for either repair or monetary replacement. The iPod couldn't be repaired, but the replacement occured with amazing speed. I have several warranties now with Square Trade, including another warranty on my son's new iPod (which I purchased directly from the Apple store). In short, I highly recommend Square Trade for their courteous and knowledgeable representatives, fast service, and excellent warranty prices.
