I am a new iPod owner, and I was concerned about getting scratches on my iPod and about it perhaps being dented or dinked with use. I purchased this, slipped it on over the Nano, and it's good to go. I think it's a good, sturdy invention, as opposed to the pretty little pink leather "purses" I could have bought. Granted, the pink ones are cute, but they don't seem to offer much protection.
