I bought two during the gold box deal ($20) and gave one as a gift. I love how it has a remote and how you can listen to it while charging your ipod. When I turn it on, the noise radiates throughout the room and if loud enough, it can also through the next room. This is a great speaker, though wish it didn't require so many batteries to be portable. It's great for my use and it looks pretty good on your desk. (It works for my video ipod, but am not sure if it works with iphones).Customer Review: Excellent mini speaker

I bought this speaker to use as a permanent/portable audio system for my bedroom. I was looking for something cheap but also reliable. In terms of that, this definitely met my expectations and even exceeded them. The sound quality is exellent for the price and the convenience of the remote control is infinite. I bought this for a desk companion to charge and listen to my ipod at work. It is everything I expected and more. You can adjust bass and treble from the included remote. As far as I can tell the remote allows you to control all functions of the ipod. I think I will purchase a second one for my home. It even has a video out for connection to a small lcd screen. I'm not really sure why some people don't like this. I think the sound is better than my earbuds and I love that it charges my iPod while listening and has a remote. What in the world more could a person want?
This is simply the perfect stereo for a bedroom or dorm or small apartment where space is at a premium. I keep mine in my office and adore it!

This is an amazing price, it is easy to use and to hook up to your I-pod of any size, shape, and edition. I feel in love with it as soon as I took it out of the box, it comes with a remote that allows you to easily turn up the volume or change the song from across the room. If you are looking for a I home seriously consider a I-Cube, cause it is worth it.
