Did not come with a remote control. The box states that a remote control was included but there was none present. What a disappointmant for my grandaughter when she opened it and couldn't set the clock!!!
My email to the site recommended by Amazon has not resulted in a reply to date. So much for ordering on line from Amazon!!!

It's great for the price and I thought the sound quality was fine. The decorative pink side ights are very (very) bright. It lights up the entire room at night. Item is okay but either I missed or it wasn't presented that you needed to buy an insert for some IPods. This device is simply "ok." It lacks a lot of features found on better iPod alarm clocks. My daughter wanted something simple and loved the pink color, so I bought it for her. Works well for what it does. Sound quality is fairly bland.
