I have just received my new ihome and I have to say it's great. I took it out of the box, pluged it in and started using it. I love everything about this ihome. It not only charges my Ipod touch but I can also listen to local radio stations as well as the weather band. It sounds great and meets all my needs.
The only complaint that I have is when you are listening to the ipod and you go to close the ipod "drawer" the ipod stops playing for a split second while it fully closes.

I bought this basically because I wanted a clock radio in the kitchen that would be off my counter and this fits the bill. It has the ipod feature which I have to admit I have never used. I only use the clock radio part. It does what I wanted it to do and does it well. It is mounted underneath an overhead cabinet. My hubby mounted it and didn't seem to have any problems doing it. I believe it s a good value and if you use the ipod part, which I don't, it will be even a better value!Customer Review: Fabulous I pod dock

This is one of the best appliances I have ever bought due to its fantastic price. So cheap, I thought it was an error. I bought the ipod dock from Bose. I paid $300 for it. When I received my iHome under the counter ipod player two days later, I couldn't believe the quality of its sound. It's so good that I returned the Bose one and I'm looking forward to get another one for my bedroom. I highly recommend this product. You won't be disppointed, believe me.

You get what you pay for. Are you going to fill the house with great music that sounds awesome and really brings your iPod to life? Not really, but are you going to get a great device that provides nice sounding background music to a dull kitchen or workshop, Definitely.
This is a great product, and the price is right. It's no Bose Wave radio, but it is a few steps above your average alarm clock speakers.
A must have for the kitchen.

If you are looking for a good under the counter radio for your kitchen-Look no further. The iHome under cabinet radio has great sound and the iPod feature is an awesome addition. Don't bother with a CD player that you have to switch CD's over and over- use your iPod and have all your favorite tunes at your fingertips. Easy to program preset radio channels and even comes with a remote for easy control. I would recommend this radio highly!
