I bought this after seeing it on an Amazon Gold Box. I am very impressed at the sound for the size and price! Great bass (after stepping it up a couple notches with the remote) and excellent, clear sound. Controls and charges my iPod Touch (just use the dock adapter that came with the iPod, the ones included don't fit).
The only bad thing about it is that bass and treble adjustments can only be done using the remote control. Other than that, the unit provides excellent sound, easy of use and a quick set-up right out of the box!! Excellent purchase for the price!

I bought this directly from Amazon as a Gold Box special. Like others have mentioned the sound is not that great (monaural). This is good @ the twenty bucks I spent but no more. Also one little stupid design flaw; if no signal is being sent to the unit it shuts off regardless if it's running on batteries or if it's plugged in. I verified this with the manufacturer. I use this as a computer speaker as well as with my ipod and it's dumb to have to turn it on each time I want to listen to a video clip or something. Customer Review: Fantastic little speaker/dock

I bought 3 of this when this speaker was in the gold box deal and I paid only $19.99 each. Free shipping took 2 weeks. The quality of the sound is very good. All 3 speakers work perfectly. When I read the product spec saying "that's perfect for both indoor and outdoor use," I thought this speaker is small and portable. It turned out to be bigger and heavier than I thought. I will not bring it with me when I travel. I tried my plugging in my iphone and 2nd generation ipod shuffle and both worked! I am very satisfied with my purchase.Customer Review: Great for the Money

I purchased this speaker system because I needed a way to charge my iPod and to be able to listen to it without the headphones. I was very surprised at the quality of the sound and the remote control is an added plus. I saw this same exact model for double the price in Best Buy.
