Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Skull Candy SCINKDPINK2 Inked Earbuds (Pink)Customer Review: Rockin Summary: 4 Stars
I love the headphones, except for the cabling is 2 pieces put together instead of like the ipod ones. But i Loooove that it has the ring around the seperated part so you can wrap the cord easier.
Customer Review: 10 bucks ?.....a killer deal Summary: 4 Stars
I found these at 9.99 each pair....they are the inside ear buds and have great sound....As many ear-buds as I go through doing yard-work, this is a great deal.
Customer Review: just ok Summary: 3 Stars
Great product for the price, but could be better. Can be touchy at times..if you bump them on something it sounds like a giant microphone is being tapped in your ear. At times gave music a very tinny sound so I had to adjust settings on my mp3 player.
Customer Review: Unreliable Summary: 2 Stars
I bought this product recently and almost instantly disliked it.
My main issue with these earbuds is that they are initially uncomfortable. The sound is not the best it could be, and unless you put the earbuds deep into your ear they will fall out. I had to take them out after about 20 minutes the first time I wore them. After a while you may become more accustomed to them, I found they are best used while riding the metro as they block out most background noise.
Another problem I have run into is that they do not function for very long reliably. After a few months the earbuds One side stopped working and soon both no longer worked. I got a replacement one only to have the same problem much sooner (and I made sure to follow directions in the guide that came with them).
It's an affordable and good looking product, but other than that I would invest in a different style.
Customer Review: cute but annoying Summary: 2 Stars
1) There is no labeling for which side is left or right. The wire design is symmetrical as well, so no hints there.
2) Moving the wires creates oddly amplified noise in the earbuds because of the design. I can get used to it after a while but it's annoying.
3) Sound quality is poor regardless of the claim on the packaging. Cheaper Mp3 players have trouble with bass, sure, but with these earbuds it's even worse.
4) Sticking the buds all the way into the ear canal is what you need to do for the best sound (which is a relative concept considering #3), and some may find this uncomfortable.
Conclusion: I find it frustrating that they marketed this product at all with so many design flaws. I'm returning mine to Target when I have the chance.
