Have had no issues with this cable. Saved me a great deal of money buying this vs. Monster. Try to avoid the hype over the "superior cables", bits are bits a 1 is a 1 and a 0 is a 0 there is no gray area here. The more expensive cables may have better ends and plastic surrounding the fiber optics, but they cannot improve the signal at all. Customer Review: Great Value!

These things are awesome! What most people don't realize is that these are fiber optic and don't need 12 gauge of shielding. If you think about it the fiber optic lines that carry 95% of the internets traffic are pretty much the same diameter if not thinner. Don't go to radio shack and by that their over priced really thick fiber audio cable. I bought 5 of these and used about 3. Ill keep the other 2 for future devices. Trust me these cable will sound the exact same as those 40-50 dollar cables. Customer Review: works well

I got this shipped and sold from ClearAV. It is NOT the item in the picture. It is extremely thin but I give it 4 stars because it sounds like it works just fine. The bag it came in said "Optical Cable lite." Interestingly, the one I received does have what looks like gold plated contacts.
