Customer Review: limited range and distortion

Two stars for customer support, zero star for quality. Image quality is really bad for outdoor use & it picks up lot of distortion. If you are looking for wireless camera for security purpose, skip this brand of camera, you will regret it afterward like i did. Overall, sharx cameras are no brand name made in china. Trust me, sharx wireless cameras are useless for outdoor use & limited distance for indoor.
However, their customer support was excellent but still, products lack quality. One thing for sure, the Q-see cameras, the ones that come with the SONY lense, their quality is quite impressive compared to this no brand name made in china.

This is the top of the line model of wireless night vision CCTV security cameras. You simply connect the included receiver to a TV (or a computer with standard NTSC video input). Then you take the camera where you want to use it, up to 300 ft away from the receiver, and plug it into power with the included AC adapter. You can immediately see video from your camera on your TV, and you can add more Sharx indoor/outdoor wireless cameras or baby monitors if you like, up to 4 total. In households near 2.4 GHz Wifi b or g networks you can use up to 2 cameras without interference as long as you follow the recommended channel selection guidelines. This camera has both a full size antenna and the maximum allowed power output, so it has the maximum omnidirectional transmission range of any 2.4GHz wireless CCTV camera that can be sold in the USA. Although many cameras are advertised to have a 300 ft theoretical range in a wide open field with no obstructions, this is the camera that comes closest to achieving that. A fully adjustable indoor / outdoor mounting bracket is included, as well as a removable sun shade. Camera can be placed on a desktop, mounted to a wall or ceiling, or used with a camera tripod. This camera is tuned infrared sensitivity for best possible night vision ability. This can make some colors look different from the way they are perceived with the human eye. If natural looking colors are more important to you than best possible night vision, choose the smaller and less expensive Sharx DoubleCam camera set instead.
