Outstanding headphones. Great sound very comfortable and despite negative other reviews on the volume reostat; it works just fine on mine. You do have to preset the volume range on the computer at the control panel sound, prior to starting a game.
Didn't even have to load software.The headphones are quite comfortable over long use. The cord is plenty long and there are even pictures on the microphone and headphone jacks, so even a nincompoop can get them in the right socket.I can't think of any complaints. I am using mine primarily for gaming.
