I purchased the PC 350 headset to replace another Sennheiser headset that I had used for ~8 years, and I have been very happy with the replacement.
Usage:
Gaming, movies/videos, music.
Sound Quality:
The sound quality is good and the noise cancellation makes for a very immersive movie watching or game playing experience.
Comfort:
The headset sits very comfortably even after 2-3 hours of use (though it leaves some pretty serious headphone hair afterwords :) ).
Microphone:
Though I have not personally heard what it sounds like, I have received no complaints about the mic (which I use pretty regularly); so the mic quality seems good too.
I would definitely recommend this product, as long as you can get past the moderately high price tag. Overall, if you are looking for a high quality headset, you would be hard pressed to find one better than this.

My quest to find a good pair of gaming headphones has led me to the PC 350. These headphones are prime, if you have a headphone amp. Its worth spending the extra bit to get one with these- I was able to get approx. 10db with a amp I spent about 30 bucks on and it made a world of difference. The mic is perfect on mine, the clearest I've had for sure but then again this is my first pair of high end headphones so I don't have much to compare it to. Music sounds great, I would bet an audiophile would find something to complain about but then again they're never happy.
The only con for me is that the mic is not removable. After spending that kind of cheddar, I still can't take to the streets because I don't want to be waling around with a mic on my head. Not worth losing a star, still a 5 star product in my book. It is worth the money and it does circles around Logitech's headset all day.

These are by far the best pair of head sets I've ever used. I use these all day every day on a usb adapter which I STRONGLY recommend, if your plugging them directly into your motherboard or you don't have a nice sound card you will see an immediate improvement in quality. As for these head phones the quality is unmatched, my voice is always crystal clear to the point people actually ask me what head set im using. The noise cancellation is almost to good, you're literally put in your own world. Love the 5.1 sound, in first person shooters its incredible. As for comfort, I use these for competitive gaming, I wear these for 20 hours at a time (ya I know...little ridiculous) and never have a problem. The ear piece is very well padded with cloth, not cheap foam. No sweaty ears and they're large enough so they don't rest on my ears at all! Try these out and I promise you that you'll never go back!Customer Review: One of the best headsets

So far this headset is basically one of the best headsets that you can buy. It is a heavy duty investment (money wise) for a headset but if you are a serious gamer DO IT. This headset is far more durable than any piece of garbage that's under $90 so far. Its very adjustable, so comfortable that after wearing it for over 5 hours its still amazing. The mic is in the perfect location for great pickup and non annoyance.
Sound quality: Absolutely spectacular. When you listen to music or any high quality sound through the headset it moves you because its so clear. Also it has a little bit of rumble/vibration to make some sounds feel realistic.
I must say this is the best headset I have ever had and I sure hope nothing goes wrong with it because it is a bit of money. So always be careful!

I've used a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Pro's as my headphones for a while now, and finally upgraded to the PC 350's to get a microphone.
Comparing these two pairs of spectacular headphones will just be nitpicking, but here it goes: The HD 280 Pro's fit more snugly, and isolate you from outside noise a little better. They may perhaps be more comfortable as a result of the snugger fit, but that may vary from person to person. I also think the HD 280 Pro's have a little more visual appeal, as they have a cleaner design.
The microphone on the PC 350's is perfectly positioned and sounds great. It's well designed, and rotates up out of the way so I can forget about it when I want to.
I may never buy another pair of headphones / headset after owning the PC 350's.
