Customer Review: Amazing for the price!
Summary: 5 Stars

I received a new iTouch as a gift and as all iPods come with the "earbud" type headphones. I absolutely can't stand this type of headphone, so I searched and searched for an over the ear solution. Being a frugal New Englander, I wasn't into dropping hundreds of dollars into Beats or Bose, though I'm sure they're quality is unmatched, it wasn't in the cards. After much research and reading reviews, I decided on the Sennheiser HD201 for $16.95 on Amazon. Let me say they're utterly fantastic!! I don't consider myself an audiophile by any means, but these headphones bring out so many sounds and nuance in music that I'd not heard before. Great bass and though not advertised, they appear to provide some level of "noise canceling" when listening to music.

The fit is great with generous padding over the ears and on the head band for even more comfort. I have a large head and these fit me with room to spare.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. For under $20 you won't go wrong with these headphones.

Customer Review: For the price, you can't lose

The Sennheiser HD201 headphones are great for the price. I have had a few sets of headphones in the same price range as the HD201s, and these easily take the win for sound quality. Now, don't get me wrong, they're not anywhere comparable to a set of Sennheiser HD650s or Sennheiser HD800s or other higher end headphones. They're over-the-ear phones, and they sit on your head rather than pinch your head so they're comfortable enough to wear for several hours. And they also isolate your ear from outside noise pretty well. They seem pretty well built (again, for their price range) and they should last a few years. The main bullet point is that in their price range, I haven't found anything better.Sennheiser HD800 Premier Headphone

Customer Review: Price + Comfort + Durability = 5 Stars
Summary: 5 Stars

I just purchased my second pair of these fantastic headphones. I've had the first pair for about 6 months & love them, so now I have a pair to leave @ work and another pair to keep @ home. They fit comfortably over my ears and I can literally leave them on all day with no trouble. (I listen to music at work and use them for gaming when I'm home.)

I'm no expert, but these sure sound wonderful to me (better than anything I've had before to be honest) and the price is fantastic.

I'm also fairly clumsy, (so durability is always a concern for me) and always end up pulling on a wire or dropping them etc. and they've held up wonderfully to my mistreatment. The connection wire is nice & long which works great for me since my computer is a good ways from where I sit. I'm 6'6" and I can stand up at my computer desk to reach for a snack & not have to worry about the wire being too short.

There aren't many products that I would ever buy two of, but this is certainly one of them!

Customer Review: good headphones
Summary: 5 Stars

i bought this headphones for my everyday use, surprisingly it is really good for its price =D

pro:
- good price tag
- comfortable (for me) cause it has big ear pad
- stylish
- generally good for any kind of music

cons:
- i hate long cables
- cause it has big ear pad -> isolate less
- somehow you need crank up the volume
- it's not really a cons though, but if you want more bass
go with hd202 (hd280 if you have the money)

overall it's really good if you are looking for basic headphones =D

update :
the problems related too low sound sensitivity (when you need too crank the volume) i guess its related to the soundcard,
i upgrade my computer with a decent on-board souncard (alc1200)and the problems disappear when you plug the headphones to
the headphones line-in in the speaker.
I also got sb x-fi, it sounds great without the need to plug headphones into speakers!

Customer Review: Bought them to save on shipping cost. Glad I did!
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought another product on Amazon for $12 which was going to cost me over $8 to ship. I hate paying nearly as much to ship a product as I pay for the product itself, so I looked for something to bring my order up to $25, which of course means free shipping.

I found these Sennheiser HD201 Headphones and noticed they had great reviews. I don't usually like to buy cheap headphones becuase I am never happy with them, but I needed a pair of headphones and I wanted to save on shipping so I took the chance.

I can't tell you how glad I am that I bought these. They ended up being about $11 because I saved on shipping, and for $11, these things rock. They have great clarity and I don't see why some people say they don't have good bass, because the bass sounds just fine to me.

Do they match the quality of my more expensive ones? No, not really, but for the price (even if I had to pay full price), these things are more than worth the money.
