Customer Review: loud and full of vacuum
Summary: 4 Stars

i had the ordinary version of this, in fact two previous models - each had a problem with the power switch - which is replaceable by the way, if you are even slightly mechanically inclined - and the switch can be found at any hdwr store - just get the correct power/amps rating- otherwise the cord is a little longer and heavier duty, the inlet hose is heavier duty, the metal-wand, telescopic, is a good idea, but a little heavy, but you can use your old plastic tubes instead. Get the Hepa filter accessory, get earmuffs, but a good machine overall - do it when there's something else going on you don't want to hear - or if you live in am apt -to annoy the neighbors!- and it comes with a shoulder strap, which is great for almost all uses, and the machine doesn't weigh much
I'm happy with it, and have never figured why people use uprights -now those are useless! This machine is likely well worth the extra cost, which isn't that much more. It really sucks - i mean whoosh and the dirt runs to it

Customer Review: Small but mighty
Summary: 5 Stars

I like the fact that this vacuum is small and light but it has incredible suction and a long cord and hose. It makes vacuuming almost fun. It works great - I've used it to vacuum my whole house - Berber carpet and linoleum - and to vacuum my car. It works great everywhere. I even vacuumed my front porch because of all the leaves that fell off my fern.

I got rid of my large heavy upright with the short hose that gave me a huge backache every time I used it.

The price was super too. I love buying from Amazon because of these reviews. It helps me to know whether I want to buy a product or not.

Great product. Very good on hardwood floors and light and portable. Recommended to us by a professional cleaning person and the recommendation was right on.

Customer Review: Great on tile, oriental carpets, hardwood floors
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this to replace a similar canister. I have three animals, and it takes care of pet hair and stray litter very easily. I appreciate its light weight - a breeze to carry up and clean stairs. The long hose and light weight also makes it easy to get to nooks and crannys. My only negative comment would be that it gets warm to the touch, but it doesn't seem to affect cleaning quality. (It's not a concern; I'm not smelling anything "hot".) I liked this so much I recently bought one for my daughter. She loves it for the same reason I do. We both agree that the carry strap makes it easy to manage.

This is a WONDERFUL vacuum. I love this little thing. I would give it 10 stars, it is that good. My last two vacuums have been uprights and they were terrible! All I wanted was a vacuum that would suck. Is that too much to ask of a vacuum?

My husband searched the Webb high and low and when he found this one he thought we should buy one. I thought he just liked the price but turns out he was correct on all levels. This vacuum is easy to use, looks great, is lightweight, and really sucks!

It works well on hardwood floors, lino, and carpet. I like it so well that I am thinking of buying another one for downstairs.

In reading the reviews others had written they thought it was too loud-they should of had my last two vacuums and they did not like winding the cord. I agree that winding the cord is a bit of a bummer but the last vacuum I had that had an auto wind on it only wound the cord for the first 6 months then it was a hit and miss affair and sometimes the cord wound so fast that it had a bit of whiplash effect and your bare toes and feet had to do a fast shuffle. So winding the cord is not a big deal. I will wind because this vacuum SUCKS big time!
