i am not great with technology, but i was able to set up all the features and use them within 48 hours. avery patient and knowledgeable Sangean customer service rep answered my questions. I am pleased with the performance. My only regret is that there are only 12 presets. I have never owned a Sangean product before. Owned this radio for about 3 months and am very happy with it. Works great with the home wireless network, even though the wireless router is a fair distance away. Build and sound quality are very good. Can flip between streams from Paris, NY, London, Jamaica, Tokyo while reading the morning paper. It's great -- it's like shortwave for extrememly lazy people. The setup to connect wirelessly was very straight forward. The ability to find stations easy. It is even easier if one uses the Reciva website to set up personal preferences. We set this up in about 5 minutes...the interface is intuitive. Whatever it may lack is not terribly important to me. I wanted to be able to cancel XM satellite, stream Ambient or Chill for a few hours when I go to bed, and control the whole thing with a remote. Works for me!Customer Review: WIFI Radio

I love this radio-other than having to reset it every once in a while (more a becasue of glitches in the wireless network). I get to listen to ANY kind of music I want. I have Satellite Radio in my car, and this far surpases it in terms of selection.
