Over the years I've bought several of these from CC Radio. I like the lighted dial & battery indicator. The ear 'buds' are terrible! They don't 'stay' in the ears & they are very fragile. My buds broke off after a few uses. The older ear sets were much better!
The forward & back "button" was one piece, I prefer the distinct buttons, especially @ night.
All in all, this is still my favorite pocket radio. This model has been discontinued @ CC Radio & replaced w/ more expensive model. I was very pleased Amazon still offers this excellent radio!

Sangean's DT-200VX builds on the success of its predecessor, the DT-200V - a popular belt radio for over a decade. It has great selectivity and responsiveness and picks up stations in areas where no other radio could. Along with great reception in the classic black case, you'll also get the handy belt clip, a set of ear buds and an external antenna. The DT-200VX also has a clock, backlight and deep bass boost. The 19-band memory and memory seeker makes it easy to tune in, and the large LCD display makes it easier to see. The Sangean legacy of superior reception and sensitivity are here, with additional features that it even better. Stereo / Mono / Speaker Switch Deep Bass Boost Removable belt clip Auto-seek station Battery power indicatorThe ultimate pocket radio, Sangean's popular DT200V is imminently compact but loaded with convenient features, from its 19 station presets to its drift-free, PLL synthesized tuning, auto station scanning, TV sound reception, and handy belt clip. Listen through the built-in speaker or the supplied ear bud headphones. Forgot to turn it off? No worries: it shuts itself off after 60 minutes to conserve batteries (its sole source of power). The radio's high-impact ABS case virtually guarantees long life.
Batteries should last 30 to 40 hours at moderate volume through the unit's single speaker and slightly longer on the included ear bud headphones. Pocket use was taken into account even at the level of ear bud manufacture: if you put your radio in your pocket, it's less distance to one ear than to the other, so one side of the headphone cord is accordingly shorter. The DT200V runs on 2 AA batteries, not included.
