Read the many reviews and decided to buy this radio for my wife to use outside in the gardens and greenhouse. She loves it, we have difficulty with reception in the area we live in, but this radio picks up the Seattle radio stations and weather stations with no problem and has good clarity.Customer Review: Great Products

We live in a hilly area where reception on any radio seems to be poor. The reception on this radio is better than any other one I have purchased. I am very happy with it. This has to be the best portable radio ever. It runs AC/DC and is small enough to be easily carried around. This is the second one I've purchased - this one for a gift. I highly recommend it because of the excellent clarity of sound and ease of use.Customer Review: Terrific product

This radio is for you. You will will stay up on things. Speaker a little small but with earphone jack is very good. DXer? Great! Been DXing since 1946 and finally have a radio to travel with. All controls handy. Love it!
