Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of SanDisk Ultra Compact Flash 2GB Card (SDCFH-002G-A11) (Retail Package)Customer Review: Extreme even if it doesn't say so Summary: 5 Stars
I have been using this guy for more than a year now Closer to 2 i think.
I spend a lot of time in the great outdoors, and up in Northern Minnesota, that can cary a lot of weight. I spent more than 4 hours out in -25F (yes that's below 0)temperatures one day, and even though the card is not rated below freezing, it did its job without complaining. I captured some of the best images of my life that day, and the card survived to show me them that evening. I recently purchased an Extreme III 4gb card, and I cannot tell a speed difference or any other difference..
Well made and has been trouble free!
Customer Review: Very pleased with product Summary: 5 Stars
I bought the Sandisk 2GB CF card several weeks ago. The card gives no problem at all. I have been using Sandisk, Lexar and Kingston CF cards and this card is just as reliable as all others. Not the fastest, but presents no problem to me.
Amazon ordering and order fulfillment is very good on this and several other on-line orders. Not the lowest priced sometimes, but the small differences are well offset by the Amazon services.
I in paricular like their instant call-back when I needed to talk to someone.
Both the Sandisk 2GB CF card and Amazon are highly recommended.
Customer Review: Great memory for my Nikon D70S + D200 Summary: 5 Stars
I'm very pleased with the price/performance of these cards, and have not had any card crashes with this brand. My Nikon D70S writes very quickly to this card, and haven't noticed any delays when shooting successive frames. And, based on testing I have read, this CF card should work well for my shooting style with my new D200. I would also recommend the SandDisk SDDR-92 (USB 2.0) card reader, which is very easy to use, and features great software for one-click file transfers. This card is a great value for the money, and Amazon offers a very competitive price.
Customer Review: Big enough, fast enough ... good enough Summary: 5 Stars
I shoot both a Nikon D200 and a D2X. I use Jpeg Large Fine setting. Both cameras do 5 fps. When I am shooting children's sporting events, I never have a space or speed problem with this card. I carry several of the 2GB cards and switch when I am somewhere below 30 images left and there is a lull in the action.
I like the safety of spreading over several smaller cards rather than trusting larger ones. At a wedding I once had a low battery situation in a D1X 'eat' a card. Lost some groomsmen hijinx ... but not a large block of the wedding.
Customer Review: Good camera memory for P&S cameras Summary: 5 Stars
This card was purchased for use in a 7.1 megapixel Canon A-620 camera. The card has recorded at least 5000 stills and 3 hours worth of 640 x 480 x 30fps MJPEG video clips in the camera, with zero failures. This is probably not the fastest SD card available, so if you are shopping for a card for an HDV video camcorder or high-end digital SLR, you might want to pay a little more and get the highest-speed rated card.
I paid $135 for this card in June 2005, now it is only $35! After next Christmas, it will probably be on sale for $20...
