I bought these for my nephews, identical twins, who turned 7 on October 9th and are in 2nd grade. Their dad had a bit of trouble at first (he is an I-Pod owner), but called the 800 number, where he, in just a few seconds, learned how easy they were to use. Since then, not only did he download music onto the shakers, he has downloaded some of their favorite CD's (I did not even know that you could do this) to the shakers. My sis-in-law, said that these are their favorite "toys" and do not go anywhere without them. They think that Aunt Anna-Marie is the best...I highly recommend them!!!!!!Customer Review: Brings out smiles!

We purchased this product because my daughter loves hearing music. And this allows her to take her music anywhere she wants to go! With a shake or a twist, she can navigate to the song she wants to hear....on her demand. And it's compact so it's perfect for little hands. The speaker on the unit produces clear sound and there are plugs for earphones for 2! Since my son wanted to take his sister's all the time, we purchased another for him. And they have dropped this music player on the ground many times and it seems to take the abuse. I would recommend this product to anyone.Customer Review: Wonderful MP3!!!

My 4 year old loves this MP3 player! He is able to switch songs and adjust the volume by himself. The headphones have worked great and have decent sound quality. We have had no problems with it and he takes it EVERYWHERE, so it has taken some bumps and drops. He enjoys the songs that came on the disk and I have been able to download new songs and audio books to it. The two headphone jacks have come in handy when he has friends over or in the car, and the speaker works great for when he is running around playing. We purchased the SanDisk Sansa Shaker 512 MB MP3 player for my Son and he has used it for about six months with no problems at all. It is easy to load songs on to it and it works really well. It runs on a single AAA battery and the battery life seems to be pretty good. With 512 MB of memory it can hold well over 100 songs. You can even expand its memory with a larger, inexpensive SD memory card. My Son likes to shake it and skip to the next song. It also has a built in speaker so he doesn't even need ear buds if he doesn't want to. It comes with a set of ear buds as well.Customer Review: excelent for younger music lovers

i bought 2 of these for my boys ages 5 and 6 to use on a 1000 mile trip to chicago. they were a huge hit! super easy to load up with music using your windows media player. they both have about 100 songs on them, and there's still room for more! easy for little hands to operate, and really durable. good battery life although i do recommend rechargables. the speaker on top is a big hit allowing them to listen to their music without the headphones. they've had them for about 2 months now, and they're still going strong. a really nice mp3 player for not alot of $$.
