As grandparents we went to Disney for a 5 night stay. One of our objectives was to take as many photos as we could for the up-north grandkids. Rather than use a 2 GB card or a 4 GB card we elected to go the 1 GB route. We purchased 2 SanDiak 1 GB Utra cards and are pleased with the results. Photos were recorded quickly and the results were stunning making for a number of 20"x30" prints.Customer Review: can't go wrong with Sandisk - great media, fast

I have 2 of these and 2 2GB units use with SV-AV100 for direct mpeg2 video recording and SD400 digital camera both use SD card
If you go on vacation and do not want to bring a laptop, you need lots of memory.
If you have lots of memory and shoot video and lots of pictures
you will get that one-in-a-million shot.

Got this to go with my Canon Elph. It works very well. No problems whatsoever. It's cool to just pop this card in and never have to worry at all about how many pictures I'm taking. Unless I'm doing it on the largest setting with the most fine detail, I can take about 600 pictures before the card fills up. Even on the highest settings it still would take about 200 pics. I have used earlier versions of SD memory cards and as the price drops, they seem to get better as well. Good combination for buyers. I have been using this on a Contax digital and compared to my other earlier SD card on a similar Contax, this one is much faster. The flash/memory works great. Very pleased with this product. I switched from a 512 MB (Standard Speed) to this 1 GB high speed SD card and couldn't be happier. I use a high speed SLR camera for sports photography and the high speed card keeps up with the burst shots... Of course the downside is SanDisk released a faster card the day after I received this one (the Ultra III or something to that effect)...
