At this point in time, the Ultra II is not the fastest card, but is no slouch. Unless your really anxious to download your pictures, a faster card won't offer much advantage (at least for digital cameras). High end cameras have big buffers, and P&S cameras really can't use the extra speed. Amazon.com usually has a competitive price, shipping is free, and it shows up in a couple of days. A no brainer...
Now I've got more than 300 pics at the ready.

My first computer was a Commodore with no hard drive. Then I moved up to a Leading Edge computer with a state-of-the-art 10mb hard drive. The fact that now you would have to fish around in your shirt pocket to find a GIG or more of memory is still a marvel to me. I popped it into my palm-size 7.1 megapixel camera a year ago. I have loaded it with stills and videos, and downloaded to my computer probably 100 times, and it keeps on keeping on. Amazing!Customer Review: Great value

We had this card shipped half-way around the world so it was ready for us to use when we arrived to our holiday destination & it was still cheaper (1/3rd of the price) that we could get a similar product in a Camera shop in the UK. Have filled and emptied this card many times (often daily) over the last 3 months and it has been handling it with ease. Great transfer speeds via a card reader & wide support of SD in other cameras make this a great buy.Customer Review: Great Card!!! A definite recommendation!

This card is a great buy. Super great deal here on Amazon opposed to the $50+ it will cost you in a retail store. Don't waste your money. Amazon has such FAST shipping that it's worth waiting the couple of days to get this card in the mail.
I used this at a concert recently and took well over a half hour worth of video on my digital cam, as well as TONS of pictures. I'm so happy I'm thinking about buying another just for a spare.

Whether it was my camera or the card I can't be sure, but after several months my memory card became unreadable. Long story short, SanDisk paid return shipping for the old defective unit and sent me a new one with minimal hassle. I learned in the process this policy is somewhat unique to their UltraII cards (at least the length of this exhcange policy.) The slight price premium over no-name brands is WELL worth it in situations like this!
