Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of SanDisk SDSDH-1024-901 1 GB Ultra II Secure Digital Memory Card (Retail Package)

Customer Review: Using the SanDisk 1 GB SD memory card
Summary: 5 Stars

I got a new canon camera for Christmas, and my husband included this 1 gig memory card from Amazon. We both knew it would come in handy for taking lots of pictures, but when we recently went on a 7-day Disney Western Carribean cruise, and were not able to take our laptop for downloading pictures, we thought we might not have enough space for such a long trip, with so many photo opportunities. We were WRONG! We came home with over 600 pictures, and didn't have to worry about space at all.

Customer Review: Review of SanDisk 1 GB Ultra II S/D Memory Card
Summary: 5 Stars

I installed the card as soon as I received it to check it out. I've used SanDisk products before and always been satisfied. This was no exception, it preforms flawlessly. Now it is all ready nearly full and I am in the market for another. Where do you think I am going to go? The only difference is that I'm going to get a bigger one.
It came two days early and the packaging had more protection then factory shipment. I am genuinely impressed with the service and the product.

Customer Review: Excellent Product
Summary: 5 Stars

I have a Canon Power Shot A 620 digital camera and it is 7.1 mega pixels. This card (SanDisk SDSDH-1024-901 1 GB Ultra II Secure Digital Memory Card)lets me shoot 515 pictures, at best image. I have not tried Video yet, so I can't tell you how much Video, this card will hold (I have a Digital Mini DV recorder I use for that). The speed seems fine to me,and its been 100% reliable so far. I have two 1 GIG cards and that's pretty much all I need for vacations, family shots etc.,

Customer Review: Works great!
Summary: 5 Stars

The speed of this card is great.
I recomend to get this one (Ultra II) instead of the normal one because althougt is a few dollars more, it has more than twice the speed.
When you put it in your camera you'll see something like 968MB of Free Space, you won't be able to use the whole 1024 MB, but that happens with every other memory card (even the smaller ones)
You defenitely can take pictures for days before needing to download then to your computer.

Customer Review: SD GB AOK
Summary: 5 Stars

Except for the little locking switch, the thing has no moving parts, so what could go wrong?! Plenty, I suppose, but I just shot 870 pictures on a vacation drive -- some of it in 120-degree desert temps -- and they all transferred glitchlessly. It comes with a solid carrying case for your old backup card (which probably had none). I suggest the same company's ImageMate 5-in-1 Reader; fast and simple transfers; and like the card itself, often with instant rebates.
