I got this for on-th-go photo storage. Simply, it works and it is small enough to fit into the portable hard drive's small carrying case.
I am more interested in functionality and size over pure speed of transfer.

Works well except mini SD is hard to put in. Just used the SD adapter that came with the mini SD Card & it worked fine. I'm very happy with it. Makes it easy to move data back & forth from my computer to my LG VX8100 phone.
