I bought this card to go with with Nikon D700, my first camera to support UDMA. As other reviewers have noted, this card line is fast and reliable. In my own experience, I can see the D700 buffer flush faster that with older, slower cards. If your camera does not support UDMA, you'll be just as happy with the much less expensive Extreme III or older cards.Customer Review: Fast and reliable

Sandisk never gave me any troubles and I use their cards for many many years. This one is outstanding, fast, reliable card and size is just about right for my 5D. I use a lot of sandisk cards from all generations and really depend on them because I shoot weddings and cost of cf card failure is painfully high. i never, ever had any problems with sandisk. that's why i keep coming back to them because of the quality. the extreme iv is the fastest yet (well the ducati version is faster). if you have a pc/mac with firewire 800, i suggest getting a firewire card reader from sandisk. it'll transfer the images to your computer very, very fast!Customer Review: Great Card

I bought two of these 4GB cards. Now, I wish I would of just bought the 8GB version. In RAW mode, you get enough storage to hold about 180 photos. Hence, going with the 8GB version, you would get around 360 photos out of it. If you can afford it, go with the 8GB version. Otherwise, this 4GB card is a good buy.Customer Review: Best Card Yet

I now have four of these. I have not had one issue or problem. Extremely fast. Used it in near zero degree weather the other day for about four hours and it didn't even flinch. (I wish i could say the same) I have had a number of other brands and none as reliable or fast as these Extreme IV have been.
