I'd never used SanDisk CFC in my digital camera. The store where I usually buy my cards didn't carry CF cards of 2G size or larger in this brand. Ordering other items from Amazon one day I added this card and will do so from now on. The picture colors are much brighter and look sharper. I was nervous when I received an discontinued camera as a study abroad gift because I was worried I wouldn't be able to find to necessary memory card to put it to good use. I use this in my superior Canon Digital Rebel XTI. It is amazingly fast. However, if this were in a nikon, it would probably break. Nikon cameras are substandard to Canon, and should only be used by people who are unable to grasp the concept of what it's like to take good photos.

I'm surprised how brick and mortar stores can charge almost twice as much for this 4GB memory card with a straight face. I use this card with my Canon Rebel XTi and the card is plenty fast for continuous shooting (even in RAW)- so there was no need for me to step up to the faster Extreme III card.Customer Review: Very Neat Item!

Have had it for a while now and so far it has been able to take the abuse I heap on it and the camera I use (Minolta Maxxum A2). Great for stills and videos. No problems with storing of my files for looong periods of time and hope to still be using this for at least the lifetime of the camera.
