Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of SanDisk ImageMate 12-in-1 USB 2.0 Flash Memory Card Reader SDDR-89-A15Customer Review: Great Product / Exactly As Described Summary: 5 Stars
I will not repeat the product description or the praises of previous reviewers, but will simply state that this product works precisely as described, connects elegantly and without software or drivers (in Windows XP and later Windows 2000 Service Packs) and includes a vertical stand (though, for the minimalist, the rubber feet on the unit itself secure it nicely horizontally without the stand).
The Sandisk ImageMate 12-in-1 USB 2.0 Hi-speed Reader is small, aesthetically pleasing, and completely functional.
Deserves no less than five stars.
Customer Review: A versatile device Summary: 5 Stars
Installation of the software was straight forward, and the device just plugs into a USB port even with power on. I have used this reader/writer with 1GB, 250MB, 8MB Compact Flash cards and a 32MB Multimedia card, all of which are accepted easily. I have used it to handle pictures from my camera, but even more often to backup data from my hard drive, just dragging and dropping folders in Windows Explorer, and sometimes moving them to another computer by plugging the USB cable in, dragging and dropping. One of the best value and most useful accessories I have ever bought.
Customer Review: Best card reader ever Summary: 5 Stars
I have two of these and have purchased several for my clients. The top part comes off the base and you can travel with it. It turns all kinds of media flash cards into "no-software needed" connections to your computer. I LOVE that part of it.
I can't stand having to install all the software from these various cameras, smartphones, pdas, etc. This Imagemate solves that problem.
I've tried other card readers and I don't think they are reliable. My clients have also had problems with other models.
This one made by SanDisk is rock solid.

If you encounter problem in reading Lexar 80X or 40x using this reader, try lexar reader new version.
Customer Review: sandisk card reader Summary: 5 Stars
I got a card reader that read 2 cards with my digital camera but it was made by someone I never heard of before. It failed after 2 years and I decided to replace it with one made by the maker of the memory cards used in the camera. Test reports in PC Magazine and in other sources convinced me to buy the SanDisk reader. Best move I have made - it worked from the start, no installation problems and it reads 12 different cards (!!!). The cost is trivial compared to the time it took to troubleshoot the old one to finally find out that it had failed.
