I use a d200 and typically shoot RAW. Even at sporting events shooting 5 fps, I've never gotten ahead of the card. I haven't used the Extreme IV, but quite frankly it should drive down the cost of the III a few bucks and I'm already happy with them. I've also have an 8GB for about 6 months and have not encountered any problems to date. With all cards I'd recommend formatting them each time.Customer Review: 4 GB Compact Flash

I purchase this compact flash mainly for the purpose of being able to store more RAW digital images. I was asked to photograph a wedding which would require the taking of a lot of pictures at the wedding and wedding reception. This compact flash card performed very well and I was able to take over 500 shots and still have space for more pictures. This card performed very well.Customer Review: Excelente

Considero que su mejor característica es su velocidad de lectura/escritura, aspecto q la hace muy apropiada para trabajos profesionales. Si bien es cierto, existen presentaciones con mejores rates en estos aspectos, la Extreme III es excelente.
Personalmente manejo varias memorias de 2 o 4 Gb y la Extreme III se presta para esto
La recomiendo.

I've been using this 4GB Extreme III CF Card in my Sony A300, and have been very happy with its performance. No problems. And when used in conjunction with the SanDisk Extreme USB 2.0 3in1 card reader (# SDDRX3-3IN1-901), download speeds to my PC are LIGHTNING fast!
I definitely recommend this card, especially when paired with the Extreme card reader.

I was amazed researching this one at the different reviews on the relative speed of these cards. Price vs speed, this one works for me, but if you're new to this: the cheapest are probably a big mistake, but make sure you really need the newest/fastest before you shell out. You can get mutiples of the reasonable ones instead. And always do an in-camera format.
