I'm using this card (with the associated reader) with my Canon XSI. While the speed of the card exceeds the requirements of the camera, the fast read speed is a real boon when I need to move hundreds of RAW image files to my PC. The included reader is required for this, as the SD reader in my PC cannot handle this SDHC card. I baselined one 8GB SDHC Extreme iii 20MB/s card against two of Transcend's 8GB SDHC class 6 cards and found the write speeds to be 3x as fast. I copied both 100MB and 600MB folders to the Extreme iii card in 8 sec and 41 sec respectively yielding roughly a 14MB/s write speed. Transcend's cards required 23 & 25 sec to write a 100MB folder yielding roughly a 4.5MB/s write speed.Customer Review: Great Card... WITH MicroMate

This card is GREAT. It definitely keeps up with my Nikon D80 (something my now back up card - starts with a T - could not do). Mine came WITH the MicroMate reader and the RescuPro software. The difference with me and the other reviewers is that I got mine from Adorama Camera. I have owned the card for over two years and have been very happy with it. A few weeks ago the "lock slider" popped off permanently locking the card. (I checked online and was able fix this temporarily by putting a piece of tape over the slot).
I called Sandisk customer service and they approved a replacement right away, even paying for shipping both ways.

I am first not someone always happy with Sandisk products. I have used their memory devices before with mixed luck. This memory turbo-charge my Canon XSI in multiple shotting speed and I give this product its due. It was everything that it was advertised to be and would suggest anyone in need of faster flash memeory, use this memory (sdhc).
