The product came in under a weeks time and performed exactly as specified. I have a 4G and 8G version too, so I knew what to expect and was not disappointed.
Anybody complaining about the complexity of the cap-less slide opening/closing mechanism on the cruizer contour must seriously have brain damage. I got the hang of it in about 30 seconds. But these are the same people who would complain and give the product a bad review if they lost the cap too.
Great product. Keep up the good work!
