This item fit the bill for my memory storage needs for my blackjack 2.
Data transfers were quick and painless via the included mobilemate reader; plug and play! The reader is pretty tiny as well so those with big fingers may have a little bit of problem trying to remove the sd card from it! Just a heads up. Would be great if sandisk included some type of "extractor tool" to make the job easier...but no biggie, just wishful thinking.

I bought this not knowing if it'd work with my PPC6800...I was surprised to find that it did, indeed, work! The MobileMate Reader is phenomenally fast and efficient. At first, it felt like it needed to be more secure, but my system picked it up, I transferred 7.2GB of audio and video and left another 0.5 GB for ReadyBoost! Now, my Vista laptop runs smoother with an extra 1/2 gig of RAM AND I cleared up valuable HD space! Thanks a million!Customer Review: Awesome!

This was a great buy! SO so so so cheap (price ;) for 8 gigs on a microsd card! Plus it comes with the usb reader, which is sooo helpful if you dont have a standard card reader (like me). This is not cheaply made, the card is in my sirius stiletto player, while the reader is on my keychain. Since putting it on my keychain its been through mud, rain, and substantial beating while still working. Awesome!

I have a LG Rumor and it will only recognize the card as 4GB. I read the Blackberry Curve review which says to format it in Windows (NTFS) to get entire 8GB, but when I attach it to my PC the only option is FAT32. Anyway, my PC sees 8GB, so it must be a limitation on the Rumor. Now I am afraid to add over 3GB on it in case it causes problems with my phone. This memory chip worked fine from the instant it went into my iPAQ 910c. I liked that I could move the items from the old, smaller, card over and just put it in the device and it worked immediately. The extra few bucks for the reader over the chip only OEM package was well worth the added cost.
I formatted it using a utility on the WM 6.1 phone (MemMaid), although I am not sure I needed to bother.
