Customer Review: Picture Bad - Product Better - Delivery Supurb - Tracking Horrible.

I ordered a Sandisk 1g micro Sd card for my Blackberry Pearl. I already had a 512m MicroSD from Sandisk so I knew what worked and what I was looking for.
When I ordered this card, the product picture only showed the MicroSD nothing else, and the packaging was marked as Bulk. I really wanted a SD adapter too, but I was willing to settle for just the card at this price. I was surprised to find that when the card arrived it arrived in it's own protective case (not mentioned) and along with a full-size SD adapter too. This is exactly how a retail package would be sold. This is excellent, but the product description and picture were poor to misleading.
Shipping was a harrowing experience. When the purchase was completed the product was in the standard Amazon queue. And it was there tomorrow, and also the next day. I wrote to the shipper eeK Technology and said that I was very familiar with the Amazon order process and had never seen a product sit in a queue like tis for so long w/no movement. I did not (and have never) received a reply from them, but 4hrs later the product was marked as ordered for pickup w/a tracking number for USPS. The arrival date was for next week as expected and the ordered pick date was back-dated two days (the day after I placed the order.) I keep checking the tracking number and it always showed as invalid. After the weekend came, and not hearing back to my e-Mail to customer service on the prior Thursday. I figured I was in for a long service battle later in the week when the ship-date range was missed. But when I arrived home after lunch Monday the Post office has dropped off the shipment for my dog to have an afternoon snack with. (contents okay, package nibbled.) So the package arrived at the beginning of the expected date range; But the tracking on Amazon lagged completely behind the order arrival. I don't know if this was Amazon or eeK? All is well, I just was never in the loop and my e-Mail to eeK never replied to (probably not good.)
So a bit of a scare, but the reality was a perfect order. Product better than expected.
