Simply put, this is a perfect portable flash drive.
After having various breakable plastic, cap loosing cheaper drives, I have finally found the one that is the best. Hard metal case, 2GB size and retractable stick fit comfortably in my pocket. It comes preloaded with the U3 software package (if you like that kind of stuff) but the upgraded version has a quick removal option. Just click the REMOVE button and it quickly reformats the drive to a standard Mass Storage.
If you need a flash drive, look no further, just buy this one.

PROS: Fast, Stylish, Rugged, Tiny, No Cap To Lose, Attaches To Your Keychain (i.e. No Lanyard!)
CONS: 2GB is somewhat small by today's standards. Minimal FREE U3 software. Cannot be used as a bootable drive without 3rd party application.
OTHER: U3 software easily uninstalls. For those complaining about the interface, I'm not sure what they expect. You don't need to use the U3 software for transporting files and can uninstall or turn it off. It doesn't get much easier than "drag & drop".

The USB flash drive is quite possibly one of the most handy things a computer user can own; however, they are on the smallish side and - being such a handy device - it is quite a shame when you accidentally destroy one. The Cruzer Titanium is one of the only small electronic devices I've had that I haven't been afraid of breaking. If you're the type of person that likes to be rough with your belongings, or has just a hint of clumsiness, I would recommend dropping the extra few bucks and getting the Titanium version.Customer Review: Best little flash drive I've ever owned

First I bought this because I was like, cool! It's made of titanium and has a blue light! A few months after I had bought it I had though I lost it. Out of whim when I was getting out of my truck I looked down at the ground and there it was. I had ran it over in my driveway with my truck... twice! The metal construction saved the day.
2Gb is a little small these days so I'd spend the extra 2 dollars to double the capacity. Wish they had an even bigger size. I'd like to install windows with it.

I have this piece of perfection on my keychain. Once, I accidentally hit this thing with my golf club on a practice swing!!!
the little dinky key ring that connected my keys and this cruzer disappeared but this titanium cruzer remained intact 30 feet from contact zone. I believe this thing really is made out of titanium after that.
If you are thinking bout getting a flash thats gonna get throw regular wear and tear, this thing is the superman of flash drives.
GET IT!
