I have had Flight Simulator software for years now and have used Microsoft joysticks since the first one. This Saitek joystick opened a whole new way of Flying . I would recommend this product to all . It does take some time to learn how to program for each of the different planes that you will fly . In the end it is worth it . It is best to save and back-up your hard drive other wise all that work is lost .Customer Review: Gift

This item was a gift for my brother in law. He had a lot of issues with getting it to run effectively when he first received it. It required his new model computer to receive several upgrades before he could play the game effectively so I wouldn't suggest it if you weren't a serious gamer. (He is not, but he was insulted that his computer couldn't run it).
Overall he seems happy with the product.

This flight setup is amazing, especially considering the price. It has an incredible amout of controls for customization for any flight sim or fighter game. X-Plane can jump on it quite well, I spent well over an hour just fine tuning which button I wanted for controls, and the final result was a much smoother more realistic sim. I highly recommend this for any flight enthusiast or avid fighter gamer.Customer Review: Great for war and flight games!!!!

The main reason I bought this was for Battle Field 2, but its great for flight sims as well. Nice sticks and it comes with its own drivers for the L.E.D.'s. Very nice for the price. Easy to learn how to operate, took me less then 10 minutes on Battle Field 2. Had to configure it in the options, but it was worth it. Nice for Microsoft's Flight sim '04 and Lock On. Things that i really liked:
-> Very customizable and a LOT of buttons (Great Saitek Software)
-> Left hand support and hand adjustment
-> Great precision
-> Rudder movements (3D Rudder)
-> Pretty :-)
I'm playing IL-2 with it at the moment, no problem at all...
So... I recomend it!
