Product arrived on time. Product arrived in a large box with plenty of padding. The disk provided does not support windows 7 so it is essential to download the latest drivers from the saitek website. Product installed with ease (screw driver required for a few screws). Overall the product delivered. I just wish it was a little cheaper or they included rudder pedals.Customer Review: Two Thumbs Up!

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a little apprehensive about the purchase but I'm glad I did. It was a birthday gift for my son, who's an avid flyer. I must say his reaction was well worth it. He had and has no complaints, at all. Installation, set up, nothing was complex. Definitely a must have! You won't regret it.Customer Review: This is great

I love it, I love it, I love it....I have to give this a A+. It is great, Much better the CH products (trust me i know). It is durable and realistic. I want get another Quadrant.
This works great on X-plane...And on mac. I am a mac user and have no problems.

This is a great product. I also purchased the extra throttle and the peddles. I love it all..!!! I didn't have any issues with it at all. I installed them with my MS XP then reinstalled with Vista 64 and with both OS's not a problem.. I have tried to program them yet but I am still happy.
