I needed short component cables to finalize my entertainment center installation. I went to the popular "big box" stores, electronic stores etc. None of them carried 3' cables. I would have to settle for 6' cables, ugh....until I found these on Amazon. I needed 2. The price for both cables and shipping still came out cheaper than any of the 6' versions in the retail shops.
BEST FEATURES:
1. Ribbon cable design (all five wires are fused together like a flat ribbon). It makes for a well organized appearance. Plus the 3' cables are hard to find "on the street".
2. The connections are all tight (RGB and RW). I have no concerns of anything coming apart.
3. The cables are housed in a pliable rubber (they dont feel like cheap plastic). You can tuck and fold to your hearts content.
4. Price and shipping wont cost an arm and a leg.
Bottom line: Get 'em
