I bought a few of these when I was finishing a new game room. I was burying all my home theater wires behind the walls so I wanted to have these available just in case. The price is right and if you ever need an extension, these all you to add another component set without worrying about buying a more expensive extension. Just recently I replaced a 50" plasma with a 65" plasma and found the length of component wire I left hanging out of the wall was just 6 inches short with the bigger TV. I was able to set up an extension by using one of these and another component set I had laying around. They are very inexpensive. Buy a few!
