Customer Review: Great Price - Performs as Describe
Summary: 5 Stars

Seller RiteAV2 shipping price sealed the deal, prompt standard shipping delivery too. These banana plugs are actually three pieces, where both the banana plug tip and the cable entry end cap (with red/black ring) screw onto the Center barrel. Very good construction, I ordered 12 pairs, all having same quality and tolerances.
No assembly instructions provided, to attach the speaker wire to the banana plug I performed the following for 16AWG stranded wire:
1. make a template wire 4 inches long and strip insulation back 1 inch on one end of the wire. Use this as a gauge to consistently form each speaker cable for assembly.
2. align one wire of the speaker cable pair and strip the insulation back 1 inch, use the template from step 1. to gauge the strip length.
3. with the exposed wire strands straighten and bunched together, not twisted, fold the wire end towards the insulation, pinch and fold location about 7/16 (almost half way) from the insulation to form a wire loop.
4. compress the newly formed wire loop so that the cable entry end cap (noted with the red/black identifier ring) can slip over the wire and onto the insulation.
5. slide the cable entry end cap over the compressed wire loop until about 3/16 of the wire loop is exposed at the threaded end.
6. divide and split the wire loop bundle in half. fold each half (left/right side) over the cable entry end cap threaded flange edge. Length of the folded wire over the flange edge is critical to achieve and good secure connection, to much will cause interfere with the screw on threads and the Center Barrel will not be able to tighten completely.
7. when the center barrel is finger tighten, the speaker wire should be clamped down and a rigid connection should exist. If the speaker cable has movement when pushed or pulled then not enough speaker wire was folded over the cable entry end cap threaded flange.
8. ensure the banana plug tip is screwed finger tight.
9. assembly completed, repeat for next speaker wire steps 2 thru 8.
