As others have said, REMOVE THE PLASTIC COVER! This shaver works extremely well--removes the fuzz and doesn't create pulls. It's a little big, but that just means it covers more area faster. And the fact that it's rechargeable means never having to search for batteries when I'm trying to rush out of the house and need to take a quick swipe at my sweater.Customer Review: 5 stars with removal of cover

This product is great once the cover is removed, I use the cover to store the clothes shaver. My sweaters look fantastic in time for fall! I recommend this to keep from wasting batteries. Great item, works great, sturdy and rechargeable to boot. Arrived in the mail extremely fast and made it before Xmas!! Great
