I've owned a couple mice over my life, including the Logitech MX 518, the Razer Copperhead, but this is the best. It's beautiful, functional, and deadly accurate. Really helped me in quake and unreal tournament. If you get it for mac, I recommend buying an app called steermouse to manage it, because if you are on a laptop the razer firmware shuts off the trackpad even when it's not plugged in.Customer Review: Amazing Mouse

This is a really great mouse for both gaming and doing other things on your computer. I have the Mac edition of the mouse and I'm using it on a MacBook Pro 2.4GHz computer. It works fine, I have no problems with any of the button functions. The menu to change its settings is easy to use and simple. I have used the Logitech G5 mouse for 3 years now, and the performance of the DeathAdder compared to the G5 is huge. The DeathAdder has driver support, so it feels much more smooth than the G5.
I play World of Warcraft as well, and the it is great in that game as well.
Overall, I recommend it!

I like the razer deathadder not only for gaming, but for all around use. My wife and I share our computer and we each use separate mouse profiles which are easy to switch. Just got mine in , am a systems engineer and gamer - been using tons of different mice and am very picky about the feel and speed - this one by far has been my favorite for the Mac I've had yet - even ranks up there with the Boomslang which was my favorite on the PC side
