Customer Review: Mighty Mouse!!! Summary: 5 StarsThis mouse does anything I could ever want a mouse to do. SometimesI wake up at night and see the blue logo fading in and out like the mouse is breathing, and I have to get up and play EQ2. Even if only for 10 or 15 minuntes till my eyes get sleepy again. Its a really smooth playing awesome mouse speed ajustable on the fly. I give it 5 stars anyday!
Customer Review: Product is a Dud Summary: 1 StarsLike several other reviewers here, the mouse died on me after only about 1 week of usage. It worked fine out of the box, then simply stopped working after a while (light wouldn't go on or anything). I have owned about 10 various Logitech mice in the past, they have all worked for years on end despite heavy usage. Needless to say I will not be buying another Razer mouse.
Customer Review: Great Mouse Summary: 5 StarsWhat can I say about this mouse other than it's great. It matches well with my Tarantula keyboard. I'v tried the copperhead too but IMHO this is a much comfier mouse, maybe due to my large hand. I have an XL paw and this fits like a glove. The rubberized texture helps with hours of gaming and the countour makes it easy to access the thumb/side buttons AND it doesn't cramp up my thumb. lol
Performance wise, it's very responsive just like the copperhead.
Customer Review: Not as good as it looks Summary: 1 StarsGreat looking mose and feels great in hand. Downside is mouse failed after a month and software does not like to coincide with Microsft Outlook and iTunes. I had to reload support software several times during short life of the mouse.
I bought the mouse at Amazzon and they do not accept returns after 30 days. Razer seems to also not accept returns.
Razer customer support is abismal. They do not seem to want to accept a return of a dead mouse. After a week of hassleing, they still have not agreed to replace but have given me a form to fill out so they can consider what is the correct action. After 2 weeks I still have no idea if they will replace the mouse or if I just have to accept 45 days of life for $47.
