Works perfectely on my MacBook Pro in OSX as well as when I boot into Windows Vista. Excellent for online gaming. Clear sound. Others hear me very well. In Windows you may have to go to audio devices and select the headset as default so that it becomes activated. Of course, in OSX, no fiddling is required, the system automatically switches to the headset for input and output when you plug it in.
Very comfortable on the ears, very light. I would highly recommend this headset.

Great sound, lightweight, comfortable, good long cord for mobility, easy to use and read lit-up mute switch, very handy volume control, mike swings out of the way when not needed. I was at first a bit put off by the "digital signal processing" box in the middle of the cord, but it's also lightweight and not hard to get used to. USB conx is great to have. My only complaint has been that it sometimes folds a bit too easily, could stand to have a lock-in-place feature of some type.Customer Review: Works beautifully!

I bought this one mainly as a portable replacement for my old headset, which supposedly had a noice cancelling mic, but it was hardly that. The DSP-400, on the other hand, works beautifully!
The noise is greatly reduced over my old one, which plugged into the laptop's headphone/mic ports. The only problem I had was in no way related to the headset itself, rather with Skype's use of it (forced the mic volume way too high), but that was resolved pretty quickly.

This product surpasses my expectations in user-friendliness and ease of use. There was no software necessary and worked by simply plugging it in. The sound quality for MP3's is superb and it works well with Skype and other voice and chat programs. I recommend it highly.

The Plantronics DSP-400 Stereo Headset was east to use. Just run the software and plug it into a USB port. The sound quality is excellent, when listening to music a base enhancement button on the software control panel really gets the music to rumble. Turning it off to listen to podcasts and making internet phone calls is easy. I would recommend this to anyone that need a headset for internet phone calls, podcasts, and music.
