I bought the Headset for my receptionist at my office and it has worked flawlessly.
She says the size makes it perfect for all the time use, even on her trips to the WC.
Another thing she likes is the red light on the mic than comes on whener she is on a call, she says walk in customers see it and know when she is on a call. I'm pleasantly surprised about this product and its price, maybe I should get one for myself.

I received this phone as a gift after I had my first child, and it's been great. I can feed the baby, clean house or just relax on my patio and chat it up with my hands free. The phone itself is easy to use, has all the features of a handset phone, is durable (I've dropped mine a few times and it still works). I bought this phone because a good friend of mine had one and I loved it. I am an artist and need the hands free option while on the phone in order to multitask when I am in my studio. This phone works great, the signal is good in my studio which is separate from my house-better than my other portables which hiss and moan when I use them out there.
No complaints...a very satisfied customer.

After many 2.4ghz cordless phone funerals I was determined to go back to 900mhz phones -- since they always work. This phone has caller ID and a keypad and a headset - it is very convenient for my wife! Finally a cordless phone that works. It has good range, clarity, and is compact, full featured. I love this phone! The hands-free feature makes it so much easier to talk without getting a cramp in your neck. I use it for long conference calls, which frees up my hands to work on the computer or write. It has every feature I need. The reception is very clear unless you move too far out of range. That's the ONLY thing I think could be improved. It might not work as great in a large house.
