I cant believe what a piece of junk this thing is. It has less memory than a casio calculator watch from 1984, it wont connect to my pc, it wont let me delete this stupid stock picture of a freakin baby that I absolutely LOATHE now. I want nothing more in life than to delete this wide-eyed idiot demon child from my picture frame. Every other dumb stock phillips photo I could delete, but this baby haunts my dreams.
Do yourself a favor and stay the heck away from this worthless piece of junk digital frame. I thought Phillips was a good, quality brand but apparently not. The buttons feel plasticy and cheap and are very unresponsive. DO NOT BUY THIS!!

After I unpacked the frame I tried unsuccessfully to load photos. I called Philips support and was told that my jpg's couldn't be loaded and that only jpeg's could be loaded. The agent suggested that I download a free program that changes jpg's to jpeg's and I did so. I then changed some of my photos to the jpeg format. Then I retried to load them into the frame and once again the process failed I called Philips support once more and explained what I had done. They told me that the frame was broken and that I should send it back but they refused to pay for the postage. I returned the frame to Amazon (free postage there).Customer Review: Don't waste your money

I went through the reviews for this item and thought it was OK to buy at this price. At the same time i also ordered Kodak 8'' photo frame. Once i inserted the SD card and start looking photos. The quality of this frame was very poor compare to other. I would add 30 dollar more and buy a better one. Bought the product for less than $50 I thought I got a good deal since I consider it a good brand. The pixels are so big it scrambles your pictures especially whole body shots, it is only good at closeup shots like the ones in built in picture demo. Don't buy this product you will end up frustrated. I won't recommend it!Customer Review: complete disapointment

This is a first ever picture frame I bought and Pixel quality has given me complete disappointment. This picture frame only give 480x3(RGB) x 234 pixels, which is really not pretty at all. In Short I will be returning this picture frame first thing in my to do list.
