Customer Review: Peerless articulating mount for flatscreen TVs

An excellent product. It easily supports the 30-lb TV (Olevia) I installed. Needing single stud for installation makes location very flexible and the articulating arm allows for plenty of positioning options. Solid, sturdy construction. The only downside for me was getting the screws into the wall stud, even after pre-drilling. The large screws supplied are Phillips head and require a tremendous amount of torque to tighten. It's possible to strip the head if care isn't used. Was almost forced to substitute the screws for ones with a nut head, so a wrench can be used to tighten.Customer Review: Swing Arm Bracket

This item is well-made and the instructions are clear. It mounts easily to the wall and the plate attached easily to my flat screen TV. The only caution to buyers is to make sure you locate the wall bracket correctly. Because the arm articulates and swings out in two sections, the wall bracket is not exactly in the center of the TV when it is pushed up flat against the wall. So, if you're placing the TV equidistant between two points on the wall, you have to allow for a slight offset to accomodate the swing arm when it's folded back, and usually the studs are every 16".Customer Review: Search no more, this is the articulating wall mount you want!

I originally bought this wall mount for my Father for the 37" inch LCD Samsung we bought him. It is very well built and was easy to mount and to get the display on it. When my Father passed away at 92, we moved the display and the mount into what we call our "Wii room." It's great to be able to move the display to different positions and then put it back flat against the wall. I have also seen it at Costco, if you are a member, you may want to check there. This product excels in every way possible. It is very well manufactured, exceptionally strong, has a smooth movement, is simple to adjust, and installs easily without help. With the hook type mount you can even hang the monitor without a second pair of hands. The finishes and look is great. Even the cord channels are large enough to be easily used and keep the cords nice and neat.

I purchased a 32 inch Sony for my downstairs bar. I did research on the net for a wall fixture. I found this one and only good reviews. They were all right. I asked my two adult, mechanically able, sons to help me and it took about ten minutes. It allows my guests to see the T.V. from two rooms. Just a note. My Sony malfunctioned and I had to return it for a new T.V. (Good service). Whet it arrived I had to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. I did it without help and again, it was easy even for me. Product delivers what it promises.
