I had to replace my JVC SX21 for a new JVC DLA-RS10 and my old custom mount would not fit my new projector. When I had installed the original projector I had planed it to the max. Had out the trig formulas and it was a perfect set up.
Problem was that the mount that I had - although expensive and infinitely adjustable would never hold the projector tight. Believe me I tried. There was always a bit of creep every month or two.
Installed this mount in a few minutes, adjusted the knobs and tightened the mount in place. Perfection! No movement, people can jump on the floor above and this thing is rock solid. Set it and forget it. My only complaint is that it took this long for someone to think of this.
If you have done your research and plan on installing your projector yourself as I did know that it uses industry standard 2 1/2" pipe to drop down from the ceiling. it could not be easier. Screw in the top part. install the base to the projector and it slides into place. Lock it and adjust. Just brilliant!

It's really hard to find a good projection mount, yet keeping the budget undisturbed. The top notch mounts cost almost 1/3rd the price of a medicore projection. Yet I can't say it's illogical. You need to put some effort and investment on the piece of material which you hang one of your most valuable electronic gadgets. Delivering all these assets; quality, craftmanship, flexibility, ease of use, Peerles Industries left me amazed with their work here.
I've installed the upper section all by myself in 5-10 mins, with proper guidance, altough I'd recommend getting an assistance of a friend or family member for the projection gripping (if you dont use an extension pipe). It fits my Pana 3000AU like a glove, but i'm sure you can pretty much hang every model on this device thanx to the construction and positioning of the mounting screws and arms.
And the price at amazon is amazing. It's still 250$ in the manufacturer's site, but you can get a creamy %50 sale here, which is an extraordinary offer.

I use this Mount exclusively now when installing LCD or LED projectors In-Ceiling. I work in a High School where I was charged with bringing a 1939 building up to current technology standards.
I have tried multiple 'less expensive' mounts but find that this one is THE MOUNT for several reasons, Superior projector leveling and aiming because it adjusts both the X and Y axis of your projector through gear driven adjusting screws, Also I have found that versus other 'universal' mounts which can not be made to work with certain projector footprints, this mount can be adjusted to accommodate all projectors I have tried with it from the older very large projectors to the latest very small LED based projectors this baby can be adjusted to fit them all.
It also offers security screws so unauthorized tampering or removal is hard without the proper wrench which is included.
If you are needing a projector mount this is the one to get IMO.

I have been using 3 Peerless projector mounts for the last ten years and this was my most resent purchase and install. The mount is well constructed, sturdy, and durable. The install was fairly easy but could be tricky for someone who has never installed a projector mount before. Overall if you or someone with you has any basic knowledge or experience in mounting or installing anything you should be fine. Even if you don't there are clear instruction and you could always go online to look up how to's. I feel completely confident that the mount will hold up the projectors based on the construction of the unit and the history and quality of the other similar Peerless mounts that I have already been using.Customer Review: Does the job very well

Well made, priced right & works like it should. What more could you ask? I'm using this mounted directly to the ceiling. The adjustment controls work great and the unit locks down solid after installation & adjustment. To be ultra picky, I would prefer a projector specific mounting plate instead of the infinitely adjustable arms. I'm told they make them but haven't been able to locate one for my application. Not that it would work any better, I'd just prefer the "custom" approach instead of the "universal" that's all. In any event you won't be disappointed with this purchase.
