I purchased this product to mount a 19" LCD. My main requirement were 4 way articulation. What attracted me originally to this product was the price. It was an easy decision to purchase. After purchasing I read some other reviews that suggested this mount could not be adjusted for vertical angle. This is totally untrue. It is relatively easy to pop out the plastic caps that hide the bolt that sets the vertcial angle, undo the bolt slightly, adjust angle and retighten. Works perfectly. The mount has a nice finish and the installation is very simple. Great flexibility for positioning options - I mounted mine right on the corner stud.Customer Review: Excellent choice foe smaller flat screens

This mount is very easy to install if you have any constructions skills at all. All necessary parts are included. That articulation is good and allows you to view the screen from virtually any angle. Included hex wrenches allow you to tighten or loosen each of the articulating joints to get jus thte right amount of resistance for your tastes. My installation is a 20-inch LCD TV, and it works perfectly. The only VERY MINOR issue is the fact that the screen can't adjust quite as tightly to the flat position against the wall as I'd like. This product definitely lived up to my expectations in terms of quality for the price. It's a good looking product with the brushed aluminum type finish, and the pivot points are nice and tight. I have to agree with the other positive reviews. After reading all the installation comments, I went ahead and pre-drilled into the wall stud then installed it using the wood screws and a screw tip on my variable speed drill. I drilled into scrap wood first in order to find the best size hole for the screws. (Nothing worse than stripping a screw head halfway in!) This is a very solid and adjustable mount. I needed to find a way to mount my 22 inch LCD monitor above my work area and I wanted a mount that could extend and retract as well as swivel and tilt. The price was great, shipping was fast and installation took me about 30 minutes from the time I unpacked the mount until I was sitting and using the computer. When you move, swivel or tilt the monitor, it stays right where you want it to with no creep or moving. Comes with all mounting hardware and looks good even though you hardly ever see it! I needed a wall mount for a small TV (15") in front of a treadmill. This product was exactly what I was looking for, it comes pre-assembled and it is easy to mount on the wall. The arm easily extends, tilts and swivels to service the entire exercise room, besides the treadmill. However, because this wall mount comes in one piece; the tv is attached on the last step of the installation. This may be difficult when you are dealing with a larger and heavier monitor; it may require two people to do it.
