This is my first PDA device ever. I purchased the m130 and the folding Palm Keyboard. They both make my life so much easier. The software that is included lets me write and edit essays for class. I bought the upgrade for the Dataviz software, and it's much better than the one that comes with it. I am constantly working on my papers wherever I go. I also bought the PrintBoy software which allows me to print directly from the Palm using the IR. I can't tell you how much this little thing has helped me. The next program I get for it will be Student 4.0. Excellent buy at an excellent price.Customer Review: Yes!

Save yourself the trouble of looking for a better deal. There isn't one.I looked at Sony, Compaq, et. al, and there wasn't a better "bang for your buck" out there.
This palm is slightly bulkier than this 505, but you are saving a ton of money for basically the same machine. When I say "bulky," I say that while still being able to put it in a leather wallet and fit it into my pants' pocket.
The expandability is nice, and the 3rd party stuff for it is endless. Color is a nice feature as well.
This is a good one, particularly at this price point.

This is one of my favorite Palm Handhelds. The color screen is a big plus, and the easy to use features make it great for people frequently on the go (businesspeople, teachers, salespeople, etc.) and this is definitely an improvement over previous models. Not only is the screen viewable, but it is clear and simple to use with the given pointer. I have recommended this to friends and they all loved it. I've finally replaced my Franklin planner with a handheld, the Palm M130. It took my awhile to decide what device model would fit my budget, priorities and lifestyle (in that order). The ability to recharge it attracted me to it. I hate replacing batteries. I can't compare it with other PDAs in the market. But, I'm very pleased with my pick. My only regret is purchasing the Game Card (with a 50% discount). The games are rather addicting. I never leave home without it.Customer Review: Love it -- My first Palm Handheld

I recently recieved this item as an anniversary gift (I chose). I've never had a PDA before, but have used them before. I absolutely love this thing! I'm not having any problems with it at all. Many people, from what I've read, have problems with the stylus working near the edges of the screen. I'm not having any such problems (maybe I'm just lucky). I would highly recommend this, especially to people that have never had a PDA before. Very easy to master.
