I'm a previous user of tungsten E. When my battery died and I needed to replace the battery or buy a new product, I chose to buy the TX because of the added features. I had problems with the application software for TX virtually from the start. So I returned it for an E2. I have not had a problem from the moment I took it out of the box. I sacrificed some desirable features but it's more important to me that I have a reliable access to my data. I'm now a happy camper.Customer Review: Tungsten E2 Handheld

When I purchased the handheld, I knew nothing about them, however as I played around with the device, I found that it is a very useful, compact device. The information it contains is very helpful.
Unfortunately, I purchased a pre-owned unit and did not receive any information with it, but there is a wealth of information on the 'net to help with the use of this unit. I'm looking forward to hours of enjoyment as I obtain the necessary accessories for the unit.

I'm new to using PDA's so I kinda over baught getting the tungsten E2. I basically use the notes, calendar, calc., and memo unctions. The rest of the functions I have no use for at the moment. So as far as what I do with it, everything does exactly what I need it to do. I will someday try uploading geocaching coordinates into it but until I get the ones I have stored into my GPS solved, I will continue to memorize them one by one as I look for them.Customer Review: Palm T5

The supplier called me before shipping and upgraded my order from the Used E2 to a New T5.
The T5 is newer model and works great. Had an intall issue but supplier was great and available for a telephone instrucion. Once we had figured out the issue (my system) the install went without a hitch. Works great-have desk top on home and laptop, and sync is flawless. Great product and does for my much more than any "smart phone" could do.

I love the Tungsten E2. I don't need to get on the web away from home and don't want to pay the monthly fee associated w/ AT&T in order to do that (frugally speaking). So, the Tungsten is just like my old PDA EXCEPT the battery LASTS a LONG TIME and the picture is more brilliant, it feels more substantial in my hands and I love being able to download info on to it, and carry excel spreadsheets with me. A stupendous organizer.
