After a few months of using the Palm Tungsten E2, I would recommend anyone thinking about getting one to do so. It has performed flawlessly since day one. I would also recommend getting a hard case, and screen covers - since the screen is quite delicate.
Be aware that I first bought a 2GB SD memory card for it, but the E2 only supports up to 1GB SD cards - which is plenty of memory for most people.
Pictures look great, but video doesn't render well on the E2.

I've had this unit for years and am now looking for a replacement battery. The battery life, including time between charges has been better than any other PDA I've owned over the years. I prefer not to have sound, so, there may be enabled sounds, but I want my PDA to be quiet. It is great for calendar entries, shopping lists and an address book. It has bluetooth and takes a memory card and has and other features beyond my needs. Palm made great PDAs and it is a shame they dropped these products.Customer Review: Tungsten E2

I had previously used a PALM 130 until it had died and had a few misgivings about getting another one. But I was surprised. The training feature is wonderful. Setup was easy and made getting started very easy. I also like the grafitti portion--still working on getting used to this. With more color schemes to choose from and being able to carry in a pocket or purse--with a hard bound metal case--were the items I was looking for and will always be looking for. Great little PDA, fun/easy to use for all our personal and business needs. I am on call 24/7, and the note writing function is convenient where ever I might be. My husband gave his smaller PDA to his daughter, thinking his Q phone would take the place. He found the Palm E2 ease of use to be an advantage....I gave him one as present, now we each have our own. As a note, the portable keyboard accessory has been handy as well. The Sync process is easy/convenient between PDA/Computer or Computer/PDA.Customer Review: Pleased with entire purchase

I was very pleased with the entire purchase process and with the Palm Tungsten itself. Although it is an older technology, it perfectly meets the needs of my teenage granddaughter who wanted something to keep a calendar, read E-books, play a few simple games and listen to Mp3 music. The setup and syncronozation process went flawlessly and the company which supplied the product (GuaranteedTech)also sent some e-mails containing up-to-date information and web links to free downloads etc.
