I bought this device after two years of trying other devices, including the Blackbery. By far this is a super product. I have loaded it with Palm extras as well as a few third party extras and even my Windows Exel spread sheet to do my work on the run. Very easy to learn and easy to navigate. I do not use the included cable. Instead I added a Bluetooth dongle to my computer and it always syncs effortlessly everytime. Although the more you load into it the longer it takes when you sync. But what's a few extra seconds when you've saved so much time by having so much information with you all day?Customer Review: Amazing

This PDA just plain works. It's fast, the base memory is plentiful, and the display is wonderful. I bought it nearly a month ago, use it every day, and have not had to charge it yet (granted it charges a little with every sync to the computer, but still!).
I work in the medical field, and it is VERY useful. There are lots of medical apps for it too, like the DSM-IV or the PRD. I keep all my appointments in it, all my contacts, even .pdfs and word docs. You'll use this way more often than you think; I know I do. It's definitely a smart buy.

I recently purchased the Palm Tungsten e2. I have been very happy with it as it does all of the things that I want it to do. I had no problems getting it to sync up with Outlook to manage tasks and calendars. I would recommend this product to others who are interested because of its ease of use and ability to manage data, contacts and calendar items. I do not, however, use it for wireless applications because that is not why I purchased the item. If interested in a PDA that is not a phone, I can tell you that you cannot go wrong with this unit.Customer Review: does what i need it to do, and does it superbly

After just a couple of days this little Palm has become indispensible to me. Very easy to use and provides tools to help me get organized. Highly intuitive and user-friendly and reliable. Great screen. I actually tried the Palm TX and found it caused me some eyestrain and headaches due to smaller font and the simulated qwerty keyboard having a dark background. I can fly on the Tungsten keyboard but not on the TX. The Tungsten has a very clean and uncluttered display. Excellent little unit. I am glad I bought it. This is my second Palm (with my first being the Palm E). Because I prefer a device separate from a cell phone and music and game devices, the Palm is a wonderful product! I use it to maintain all of my personal and business appointments, to play games, and to listen to music. I may be outdated in terms of not preferring more advanced hand-held devices, but this product is easy to use, easy to carry, fits easily in my purse, and has a reasonably long battery life before needing to be recharged. I am not disappointed with the E2 at all!
