Customer Review: Tungstons are Amazing
Summary: 5 Stars

I'm really glad I got the Tungston. I used to use actual priinted assignment books, and this is a lot more convenient in many ways. It is a little harder to enter in assignments (I could just scribble them down before), but this has so many more features- alarms, setting priorities on tasks, a contact book, and hey, the music player is a great added feature. Other than the fact that entering stuff in is a little slow sometimes (and the feature that supposedly lets you write letters with the stylus and have it transfer that to typed characters is a little glichy), I love everything about it. The notepads great for quickly jotting suff down, and everything is so much more organised. If your the kind of person that needs organization in their life, I would strongly recommend a palm.

Customer Review: Good Buy, but not. . .
Summary: 5 Stars

This is my second palm, the first being an m130(pos). This one is MUCH MUCH MUCH better. However, after owning it for only 36 days, it stopped working. I put something into my calendar on the bus to school at about 7 am, then tried turning it on again 3rd period for homework, and nothing. It had over 1/2 a charge just 3hrs earlier, and nothing worked. I plugged it it right when I got home, and still nothing, even using the usb charging and all different resets. (...)Appearantly, over 50 others have had the same problem and told palm about it. I've regretting this buy very much. Gonna try selling it on ebay or something and get a pocket pc. Get a Dell Axim or HP Ipaq instead, much better bang for the buck. I know ppl with them, and they're much better.

Customer Review: BIG Improvement over my old Handspring Visor!!
Summary: 5 Stars

The Good stuff: Color, SD Slot, Bluetooth, sound, software selection is great, view videos/pictures/PDF Files without the need for a laptop or cell phone, Great idea for people who tend to forget things or need to write stuff down so they dont forget (Like me!!!), Rechargeable!!, comes on just by hitting one of the 'function buttons'.

The Bad Stuff: Flip Cover is kinda cheezy but can be taken off. These things tend to show fingerprints real well. Reading PDF's on the tiny screen takes some getting used to. Playing games/videos from memory or SD Card will eat up the battery. The HotSync cable end is a bit fragile so if you're too rough you might snap it off if not careful.

Overall, I'm quite happy with it.

Customer Review: Reccomended, the price is good for what you get
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this to replace paper calendar and agenda. It's easy to use. Good back light and color. It comes with enough internal memory, you don't have to buy extra memory(card) immediatly. I still don't need it.
It's very handy.
I was choosing between the Tungsten E and the E2, but for a few bugs more you can get this newer version. The only difference is the Bluetooth. Maybe you won't use this at the beginning, but you never know.

I also have the Palm Z22. It's also very good. It just don't support Excel and Word. Also doesn't have an extension slot, although the internal memory still has enough space, you never know if you would need more later. For the rest it's almost the same as the Tungsten E2.

Customer Review: My first Palm
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought the Tungsten E2 to replace my Franklin Day Planner of 13 years, and so far...so good! I am still finding out new features and ways to use it, but have been quite satisfied. Some other reviews had me apprehensive, suggesting charging problems, etc., but a relative's recommendation prompted me to go ahead. I have found the battery life to be better than expected -- Having used it for three weeks, I have had to charge it weekly, with fairly heavy usage over that time. From my experience, as a new Palm user, it has been easy to adapt to and use. One of these days, I will get around to using the software that came with it, in order to get deeper into the available features and uses. I'm glad I made the purchase!
